The Australian Workers Union has a pretty good magazine that is worth checking out especially for this article about the AWU’s twitter use. National Secretary Paul Howes is an avid twitter user and clearly the most active union leader on twitter. He’s well worth following for the insights into a union leader’s head and the day to day tasks of running a large union. Other union leaders on twitter take note, the gauntlet has been thrown down:)
