Considering we are already in crisis with RN shortages all over our nation, and there are no discussions about Nurse retention in most States or local governments, this IS a potential reality to take seriously.
Too much spending on hocus pokus administrative studies, too much spending on top-heavy government management. Put the money into the Staff, where it needs to be! training and salaries! more hires, more nurses, and more safe work getting done! Too much red tape on hiring Nursing instructors as well. Some of the best Nurses I've learned from don't have 3 letters at the end of their name. Get real, get going, before it's too late!
